Thank you for using a Moymer App! This Service is a mobile application (“MOYMER APP”) brought to you by MOYMER NEGÓCIOS E SERVIÇOS EM TECNOLOGIA LTDA, a limited liability company incorporated in Brazil.

We wrote this Privacy Policy to help you understand what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We’ve tried our best to explain things in a simple and clear way. For capitalized terms not defined in this Policy, please refer to our Terms of Service for their respective definitions.

We welcome your questions and comments on this policy.

1. Information we collect about you

A. Registration Information: In order to register as a user with a Moymer App, you may be asked to sign in using your email address or your mobile phone number and create a username. We’ll keep this information for as long as you have an active account.

B. User Content: When you interact with a Moymer App, we collect the information and the content you create or post on a Moymer App, such as photos, videos, audio messages and text messages.

C. Information About Others:  With your permission, the Moymer App may access your contact list available on your mobile device in order for you to invite your friends and contacts to connect with our Service.

D. Usage Activity Information: When you use a Moymer App, we collect information about your activity through our services. For example, how you interact with other users, such as who they are, when you interact with them, the number of messages you send or upload, and your actions regarding other user’s messages.

E. Communication with the Moymer App: In addition, we may collect and store any personal information you provide while using our Service or in some other manner, for example if you contact us with a customer service or other inquiry, you provide us with the content of that communication. You may also provide us photos, a personal description and information about your preferences and tastes.

F. Metadata: Moymer collects metadata associated with User Content. [Metadata may consist of how, when, where and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content has been formatted]. Users can add or may have added metadata added to their User Content including keywords posted with a message, including names, geographical information, comments or other data. This makes your data searchable and more interactive. However, the metadata may be accessible to others if you share the User Content with others or on third party social media sites.

G. Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access a Moymer App, which may include the hardware model, operating system and version, browser type and language, IP address, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.

H. Location Information: we may determine your location by using data from your device, such as precise location information from GPS, information about wireless networks or cell towers near your device while our application is actively running. [When you post any content to a Moymer App, users may be able to see certain information related to your location].  If you do not wish us to collect your location information, you can choose to hide your location through your mobile device settings.

I. Log Information: We collect information in our log files when you use a Moymer App. This includes, among other things, your browser and device type, language, access times, pages viewed, your IP address, and the URL you visited before navigating to our websites.

2. How we use the information we collect

We use the information we collect to provide our service to you and learn how to make it better, so we can develop new functionalities, products, and protect Moymer, a Moymer App and our users.

We use the information we collect to:

A. Develop, operate, improve, deliver, maintain, and protect our products or services;

B. Communicate with you, sending you updates via push notifications (such as when a new version comes up), newsletters, marketing materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You can decide to stop getting these updates by contacting us;

C. Monitor and analyze trends and usage;

D. Personalize the services by, among other things, suggesting friends or profile information, or customizing the content we show you;

E. Enhance the safety and security of our products and services;

F. Verify your identity and prevent fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity;

G. Enforce our Terms of Service and other usage policies;

H. Respond to your questions or comments;

We may also store some information locally on your device. For example, we may store information as local cache so that you can open the app and view the content faster.

3. How we share your information

We may share information about you in the following ways:

With every other user:

A. Your public profile, such as your username and accomplishments;

B. Information about how you have interacted with the Service, such as the total number of accomplishments;

C. Content you post or send, such as photo, video, audio and text messages.

With third party social media:

A Moymer App may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools, which let you share your progress and other content with other media. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the entities that provide these features.

With third parties:

A. With service providers, sellers, and partners. We may share information about you with service providers who perform services on our behalf, sellers that provide goods through our services, and business partners that provide services and functionalities to bring you the Service;

B. If Moymer gets involved in a merger, asset sale, financing, liquidation or bankruptcy, or acquisition of all or some portion of our business to another company, we may share your information with that company before and after the transaction closes;

C. We may share non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages, platform types, asset views, etc.) with interested third parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions and/or functionality on Moymer.

With third parties for legal reasons:

We may share information about you if we reasonably believe that disclosing the information is needed to:

A. Comply with any valid legal process, government request, or applicable law, rule, or regulation;

B. Investigate, remedy, or enforce potential Terms of Service violations;

C. Protect the rights, property, and safety of us, our users, or others; or

D. Detect and resolve any criminal (include fraud or stalking), security or technical issues.

4. How long we keep your content:

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Following termination or deactivation of your account, Moymer may retain information (including User Content) for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes or for such period of time as required by law. Please contact us at help@moymer.com if you wish to delete your account. Please be aware that we will not be able to delete any content you have shared with others or with social media sites.

You should understand that users who see the content you provide can always save it using any number of techniques: screenshots, in-app functionality, or any other image-capture or audio recording technology. It’s also possible, as with any digital information, that someone might be able to access messages forensically or find them in a device’s temporary storage.

5. Your choice about collection and use of your information

Our goal is to give you simple and meaningful choices over your information. You have the rights to:

A. Access your information in your profile page at any time on a Moymer App Settings page;

B. Request access to your Personal Data and we’ll provide you with a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you;

C. Request us to correct or complete the Personal Data we hold about you;

D. Request us to erase your Personal Data;

E. Request us to restrict the processing of the Personal Data we hold about you;

F. Request us to stop processing the Personal Data we hold about you;

G. Request us to provide you with your Personal Data in a format that can be reused elsewhere;

H. Withdraw a consent you previously gave us to process your Personal Data

I. Change your mobile device permission settings to enable or disable access to the microphone, camera, photos, location services, or push notifications

J. Contact us at help@moymer.com asking us to stop sending you emails

K. Stop using a Moymer App at any time. If you stop using our Service we will automatically stop receiving information about you.

L. Delete your account by contacting us at help@moymer.com. If you delete your account, we may retain archived copies of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

6. Security

We take reasonable precaution to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access.  Although we cannot guarantee that personal information will not be subject to unauthorized access, we have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in place to protect personal information.  User information is stored on our servers and protected by secured networks to which access is limited to a few authorized employees and personnel.  However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.  If Moymer learns of a security breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps.  Moymer may also post a notice on the Moymer website or through a Moymer App if a security breach occurs.

7. Users Outside of the United States

If you are a user using a Moymer App from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with the laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of a Moymer App, which are governed by the United States law, this Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service, you may be transmitting your personal information to countries where laws regarding processing personal information may be less stringent than the processing of personal information in your country and you hereby consent to such transmission of personal information.

8. Children

Our Service is not intended for – and we don’t direct them to – anyone under 13. And that’s why we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you learn that your minor child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at help@moymer.com.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices, the features of our Service, or advances in technology. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy, which will be posted on the Services under “Settings” and you should regularly check for the most recent version, which is the version that applies. Please review the changes carefully. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this policy will mean you consent to and accept those changes. If you do not consent to such changes you can delete your account at any time by contacting us at help@moymer.com.
